Radcliffe Preparatory School and Nursery in Chelsea comprises a Nursery, Pre-Prep (Reception to Year 1) and Prep (Year 2 to Year 6). The Nursery and Pre-Prep are located in the newly renovated and modern undercroft of St Luke’s Church, a short walk from the Prep school building, a London townhouse. The school was acquired by Godolphin and Latymer in 2020. There are outdoor play areas at both sites, and the Prep school has its own art studio and access to sports facilities. Extracurriculars including sport, art and drama are a focus, although academic attainment is also high. The Independent Schools’ Inspectorate rated the school ‘Excellent’, praising the ‘rapid progress’ and high achievement of pupils as well as the ‘happy, family-focused school community’. Year 6 leavers go onto a range of competitive senior schools including Godolphin and Latymer, Latymer Upper, Highgate, Francis Holland and Dulwich College.
