Founded in 2009, Faraday Prep School offers inspirational learning in an inspirational setting. A happy, vibrant and diverse independent primary school in East London, the school’s historic and artistic riverside location, provides a magical environment and access to a stimulating, creative community that offers exciting learning opportunities. We give every child a first-class education rooted in a creative curriculum, with small classes, quality teaching and a personal approach in a caring and kind environment.

Wellbeing & Pastoral Care

A wellbeing room and initiatives such as worry boxes to ensure every child feels they can talk/ seek help for issues and teachers proactively identify any potential areas causing children concern.

Advice For Parents

For entry into Reception, we advise that you attend one of our open mornings/on-site visits or a virtual Q&A, which can be done at any time, even prior to registering your child with us. To be considered for a place, your child must be registered by filling in a registration form and by making payment of a non-refundable registration fee. You can register your child from birth or right before they would be due to start Reception (dependent on spaces available). Once you have completed this and paid the registration fee, you are placed on the registration list. Offers are made 16 months before entry on a first come, first served basis in order of registration date. The sooner you complete the registration process, therefore, the more chance you have of being offered a place.
