Private Tutors for History

We introduce History tutors for the 13+ Common Entrance, GCSE, A Level, IB and beyond.

Every History tutor we introduce strives to take the subject out of the past and bring it to life using their passion and expert knowledge of the subject, so that they can foster a genuine love of History in your child. As well as providing private tuition at home or online, the private tutors we introduce can organise visits to museums and sites of historical interest, giving your child an exciting and interactive connection with History. Your child will also benefit from the tutor’s knowledge of exam boards, which will help them to construct original and persuasive arguments to set them apart from other exam candidates.

To find the right History tutor for your child, please call one of our tuition consultants to discuss their learning style and requirements or use our online enquiry form further down this page.

Meet A Typical History Tutor

At Sevenoaks School, Pip scored an impressive 40 out of 45 in his International Baccalaureate Diploma, including a full 7 marks in Higher Level History. Having graduated from Durham University with a degree in History, he now balances his time between tutoring and studying Fine Art at the Camberwell College of Fine Art. Pip first became involved in education in 2009, teaching English in Malaga, Spain, for a year. Here, he “developed a love for teaching”, learning the skills and techniques needed to engage his students. When not tutoring, Pip is a keen sportsman, playing football for the University for the Arts London, and joining his village cricket team during the Summer.
