Background
SLT was asked to introduce a high calibre tutor for a Turkish student taking a Foundation Business Studies Degree.
Results
We introduced a tutor to deliver a series of, ‘how to study’ sessions to help the student understand macroeconomics. The tutor used pictures alongside verbal explanation and connected the subject to the student’s outside interests so that he could understand the concepts. The student was able to learn in an accelerated way that improved his exam grade by 26%.
