Background
Our London-based client was the mother of a GCSE student who needed support for his final exams. He was at Emanuel School but was spending twelve months at Ballet School in Russia.
Results
We introduced a series of subject specific online tutors and a mentor to help the student work through two years of coursework as well as being able to continue with his ballet studies. The student supplemented online tuition with some face to face work when he returned to London for the term breaks. The boy went from a predicted D-E to getting high B’s and A’s in his GCSE’s and securing a place at a UK college for his A-Levels.
