Leo completed two "test days" at Fairley House yesterday. He loved the
school and fortunately the feeling was mutual. We had a meeting with the
headmistress yesterday afternoon and Leo will start there after half-term.
It would of course be lovely to stay in touch as Leo may well need more help
in the future, but while he is at Fairley House this seems unnecessary as
the teaching there is already tailor made and he is lucky enough to be in a
class of 5 pupils. Thank you so very much to both of you for all your hard work and expert

I was delighted with Nathalie. She tutored my daughter for two sessions, helping her prepare for a drama scholarship audition. Nathalie was friendly, cheerful, professional and she came very well prepared. We had discussed Isabella's needs prior to the session so no time was wasted during it and Nathalie got to know Isabella (my daughter) quickly and zoomed in on her existing skills and what to improve. She gave Isabella lots of invaluable tips along with constructive criticism and praise for her acting. Importantly, she prepared her to be confident, and prudently, also discussed with her the possibility of not obtaining the desired outcome and how to deal with that. Luckily, and with huge thanks to Nathalie, Isabella was offered the scholarship and she is happy as pie. Am am I! I would highly recommend Nathalie. " Overall I am so thankful for my tutors, because they have given me such a confidence boost in my academic ability. I think school almost killed it. But its been completely revived! This is the first time in my life I have worked genuinely hard - I couldn't have done it without Avani or Antonio!

I think I managed to remember all my notes because I was completely in exam mode, having prepared since September in exam technique. Honestly this is the hardest I have ever worked in my life, and it has really paid off. I know Antonio or Avani did not teach me any economics, but they both made me work to my full potential, and having done economics it has dawned on me how capable I am. Also the 'meditating' worked wonders; whenever I felt overflowed with information, just cleared my head for a minute and I was good to go again. I know this that it isn't healthy overworking, but it did pay off considering the amount of time I had!

Ray has been an excellent teacher for Ravi. He has helped him to think in a different way about his Maths, in particular how to interpret the questions in terms of an equation. This is both more efficient and time-saving. He is also a very pleasant person who Ravi enjoyed learning with. At the end of the lesson on several occasions Ray stayed behind to play the piano while Ravi accompanied on the violin (Ravi is a very fine violinist) which Ravi enjoyed very much. Charles Mantell is an excellent tutor. Although Ravi is very competent at Latin he has never had that much enthusiasm for the subject, I think it is fair to say. But Charles has managed to instil such enthusiasm, which is an achievement. Ravi enjoyed his lessons with Charles a great deal and clearly got a lot out of them. Charles is a very pleasant, courteous and conscientious guy and, needless to say, he was very professional in his approach, always punctual and always accommodating and efficient regarding arrangements and communication. Very satisfied.
